Importer: Suntech Enterprises Inc., of Commerce, Calif.

Hazard: The walkers can fit through a standard doorway and fall down stairs, putting babies at risk of serious injury or death.

Description: The walkers are blue, pink or green with a white tray and patterned, vinyl seat.

Sold at: Small juvenile product stores in California, Illinois, New York and Texas from January 2007 through December 2009 for $25 to $30.

Remedy: Return walkers to the store where purchased for a refund.
