Units: About 66,200 bracelets and 2,200 rings
Importer: Toy Network, of Indianola, Iowa, and Fun Express Oriental Trading Company, of Omaha, Neb.
Hazard: The jewelry contains high levels of cadmium, which is toxic if ingested by young children.
Description: The “Happy” charm bracelets have colorful beads on a small elastic band with a metal charm in the shape of a butterfly, moon or sun. The “Happy” football rings are small, adjustable metal bands with a metal football charm.
Distributed at: Doctor and dentist offices nationwide from June 2005 through March 2010.
Remedy: Discard the product.
