Importer: Daiso California LLC of Hayward, Calif.

Hazard: The paint on the zippers of the coin purses and the clasps on the jewelry contain high levels of lead, which is toxic if ingested by young children.

Description: The coin purses have rainbow stripes. The earrings and necklaces have blue, pink, red, white and yellow colored droplets.

Sold at: Daiso stores in California and Washington from May through December 2009 for about $1.50.

Remedy: Contact Daiso for a refund.
