The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of the following products. Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC’s searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. A searchable food and medical product recall database is available at www.fda.gov/Safety/Recalls/default.htm.
Units: About 676,000
Hazard: Damaged receiver mounts on the strollers can cause the car seats to unexpectedly disconnect from the strollers, and infants can fall.
Description: Models of Britax B-Agile and BOB Motion strollers (when used as a travel system with a car seat carrier attached) are folding, single- or double-occupant strollers. They have Click & Go receiver mounts that attach the car seat carrier to the stroller frame. All colors of strollers are recalled. Find the model number on the inside of the stroller’s metal frame near the right rear wheel for single strollers and in the front middle underside of the frame on double strollers. Check recalled model numbers at www.cpsc.gov/Recalls/2017/Britax-Recalls-Strollers.
Sold at: Babies “R” Us, buy buy Baby, Target and other stores nationwide, and online at Amazon.com, albeebaby.com, buybuybaby.com, diapers.com, ToysRUs.com and other websites from May 2011 through February 2017 for $250 to $470 for the strollers and travel systems.
Remedy: Stop using the Click & Go receiver mounts, and contact Britax for a free repair kit for single strollers. Owners of the recalled double strollers should stop using them with car seats attached. Consumers can continue to use their stroller or car seat independently without the car seat attached to the stroller.

Hazard: The seats can break, causing toddlers to fall.
Description: The Little Tikes 2-in-1 Snug’n Secure pink toddler swings have a pink T-shaped restraint in front with a Little Tikes logo. The swing is suspended by four yellow ropes. Model number 615573 is molded on the back of the swing seat, and a manufacturing date code stamp is on the back of the seat. If the molded inner arrow of the date code stamp points to “10,” “11,” “12” or “13,” the product is recalled. Also recalled are swings with date code stamp “9” on the inner arrow combined with “43” or a higher number stamped on the outer arrow. No other date codes or colored swings are affected.
Sold at: Wal-Mart, Toys “R” Us and other stores nationwide and online at www.littletikes.com and other websites from November 2009 through May 2014 for about $25.
Remedy: Contact the firm for a credit toward the purchase of another Little Tikes product.

Hazards: When the button batteries are removed from the toy frogs, the battery’s cap can become a projectile. Also, the battery’s chemicals can leak, posing chemical and injury hazards.
Description: The jumping Little Live Pets Lil Frog plastic toys, in pink, blue or green, operate with four button batteries. Little Live Pets Lil Frog has SKU 28217 and Lil Frog Lily Pad has SKU 28218 printed on the frog’s lower belly with a manufacture date code under it. The date code range is WS112016 to WS123216.
Sold at: Army and Air Force Exchange Service, Target, Toys “R” Us and Wal-Mart stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com from August 2016 through February 2017 for about $15 for Lil Frog and $25 for Lil Frog Lily Pad.
Remedy: Do not open the battery compartment and contact Moose Toys for a free replacement Little Live Pet product or a refund.

Hazard: The clear plastic disc on the outside of the ball can break, releasing small beads. Young children can choke on the beads.
Description: The Oball rattles in pink, blue, green or orange have model number 81031 printed on the inner surface of one of the plastic discs and on the packaging. The balls contain 28 finger holes. Embedded in the rattles are a clear plastic disc with all orange beads and two clear plastic discs with beads of varying colors on the perimeter. Only rattles with date codes T0486, T1456, T2316, T2856 and T3065 shown on a small triangle on the rattle’s inner surface are recalled. The first three numbers represent the day of the year, and the last digit represents the year of production.

Hazard: The metal snaps on the jackets can detach, and children can choke on them.
Description: The ivory Starting Out Baby Girls faux fur hooded bear jacket — style numbers F64CI801I and F64CI801N — is labeled for ages 3-24 months and has metal snap closures and animal ears on the hood.
Sold at: Dillard’s stores nationwide and online at www.dillards.com from September through December 2016 for about $40.
Remedy: Return the coat to Dillard’s for a refund, or contact the store to obtain a prepaid envelope to return the product by mail.

Hazard: The top component can detach and expose a metal rod that can injure young children.
Description: The light-spinner wands have lot numbers 954544 and 954603 imprinted on the bottom of the toy. They have either Mickey Mouse or Minnie Mouse at the top. The Mickey wands are yellow, red and black, and the Minnie wands are pink, white and blue.
Sold exclusively at: Disney On Ice and Disney Live shows from October through November 2016 for about $22.

Hazards: The vehicle engine can misfire, and the temperatures of the exhaust and nearby components can become too hot and melt the components. In addition, a contaminated brake master cylinder may cause unintended brake drag, posing burn and fire hazards.
Description: This recall involves model year 2016 and 2017 RZR 900,1000, Turbo and General 1000 recreational off-road vehicles sold in various colors. “Polaris” is printed on the front grill, and “RZR” or “General” is printed on the side of the rear cargo area. (The RZR Turbo and RZR 900 and 1000 were recalled previously.)

Hazard: Children can fall off the slide before reaching the pool.
Description: The helix residential pool slides are 7 feet, 4 inches tall at the highest point and have a helix (corkscrew) shape to the slide or flume. Serial numbers range from SR-HX13-01001 to SR-HX13-01488 and SR-HX14-01001 to SR-HX14-01602. “S.R. Smith,” “Helix” and the serial number can be found on the product label located on the top right side of the slide near the staircase rail.
Sold at: In The Swim, Leslies Swimming Pool Supply, SCP Distributors and other pool product distributors nationwide and online at Amazon.com and Intheswim.com between May 2013 and March 2015 for about $3,000.
Remedy: Contact S.R. Smith for a free slide rail extension kit to increase the height of the rail sides. Consumers can install the kit or contact the firm for a one-time free installation.
