Myron A. Levine, M.D., of Birmingham, Ala., died Dec. 30, of cancer. He was 64.
A practitioner in pediatric and adolescent medicine for the past 30 years, Dr. Levine founded Birmingham Pediatric Associates.
He received an M.D. degree in 1960 from Medical College of Alabama, Birmingham, and completed his internship, residency and pediatric cardiology fellowship at the University of Minnesota Hospitals, Minneapolis. In the Navy, Dr. Levine served as chief of pediatrics, U.S. Naval Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme, Calif. He was assistant professor of pediatrics at University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine from 1967 to 1969, and later served as clinical associate professor.
